Eligibility

Low-income individuals having problems with their feet or need an annual foot exam because of diabetes
Uninsured/Under insured individuals having problems with their feet or need an annual foot exam because of diabetes
Homeless individuals having problems with their feet or need an annual foot exam because of diabetes
