Eligibility
Must also be eligible for services through the Department of Mental Health, MR/DD Division by having a primary diagnosis of a developmental disability
- Must be eligible for employment at one of the Extended employment Sheltered Workshops or currently attending Choices Day program
- Age 18 years and older
