The Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition strives to create permanency in foster children's lives by recruiting and retaining foster/adoptive families. The agency talks to families interested in becoming foster/adoptive parents, recruits permanent homes for kids in foster care, and supports foster and adoptive families through support groups, in-service training, educational advocacy, and 24/7 access to the Family Works program, which helps strengthen adoptive and guardianship families. Services include Advocacy, Adoption Counseling and Support, Parenting/Family Support Groups, In Person Crisis Intervention, Planning/Coordinating/Advisory Groups, Baby Clothing/Diaper Donation Programs, General Clothing Donation Programs, Shoe Donation Programs, Gift Card Donation Programs, Personal/Grooming Supplies Donation Programs and Specialized Information and Referral.

- Family is a resident of St. Louis City/County or St. Charles County in Missouri
- Child is ages 3-19 years
- Guardianship Adoptive or pre- adoptive family (foster related only) in
- Child is at risk of out- of- home placement or is being reunified from out-of-home placement
