Eligibility
Medicaid recipients age 18 years or older, have a disability, be able and willing to recruit, hire, and manage attendants, and must be seeking or living in an independent living situation.

A non-residential, consumer controlled, not for profit organization that provides services and support for individuals with disabilities. Services include case/care management, advocacy, special education advocacy, specialized telecommunications equipment, centers for independent living, bus fare, independent living skills instruction, attendant subsidies, supported living services for adults with disabilities, health/disability related support groups, specialized information and referral and absentee ballots.
