HFHS builds and repairs homes in Greene County. Applications can come from Christian, Greene or Webster counties. ALSO KNOWN AS HABITAT SPRINGFIELD HFHS

Social Security Card Proof of Income Picture ID Proof of Address (copies of tax returns for past two years, and lease agreement or rent receipts, etc.)
