Services include Brown Bag Food Programs, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, Food Pantries, Summer Food Service Programs, Weatherization Programs, Homebuyer/Home Purchase Counseling, Mortgage Payment Assistance, Rent Payment Assistance, Air Conditioners, Personal/Grooming Supplies, Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Heating Fuel Payment Assistance, Personal Financial Counseling, School Supplies, Wellness Programs, Mobile Health Care, Comprehensive Job Assistance Centers, Christmas Baskets, Holiday Adoption Programs, Thanksgiving Baskets, Thanksgiving Meals, Furnace Maintenance/Repair, Computer Literacy Training Programs, Disaster Related Clothing/Emergency Supplies, and Post Disaster Cleanup Tools/Supplies.
Eligibility
- Individuals who do not have a working Air Conditioner or central air unit
- Must have an account with Ameren UE in the applicant name
Required documents
- Picture Identification for applicant
- Government ID
- Social Security card/printout for all household members
- Proof of income from all sources
- Current Ameren UE bill in applicant's name
- Proof of utility service in the last 30 days
- Documentation of disability or medical condition

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm
