Eligibility
- Must be a pet owner at least 18 years of age
- Must have owned the pet for at least six months
Required documents
- Photo ID
- Proof of Government assistance (Medicaid Card, EBT Card, Social Security award letter, Disability, etc)
- Proof of Income/Unemployment
- Referral from social service agency, food bank or clergy
- Proof of Spay/Neuter for each pet

- Distribution from 9:00am to 11:00am (Must be in line by 11:00am)
