Eligibility
Individuals who qualify for services from Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation or Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, Department of Mental Health Division of Development Disabilities
  • Individuals who are economically disadvantaged, chronically unemployed and youth at risk.
  • Youthbuild participants must be 16 to 24 years of age at enrollment AND a high school dropout AND one of the following: low-income, current or former foster youth, youth or adult offender, youth with a disability, child of an incarcerated parent, OR migrant youth OR a high school graduate/equivalent recipient with low basic skills.

  • Completion of Job Point's Enrollment Agreement
  • Appropriate I-9 Documentation
  • Income Verification
