The Records and Tax Administration department along with a portion of the Treasury and Financial Management department have become two new departments named Treasury, Taxation, and Vehicles (TTV) and Financial Management and Administration (FMA). These offices are responsible for recording and maintaining land record documents, motor vehicle titling and registrations, property tax calculations, billing and distributions.
