Medical Equipment/Supplies | Medically Fragile Adult Waiver (MFAW) Program
The MFAW Program provides service coordination and authorization for medically necessary service to MO HealthNet recipients with serious and complex medical needs who have reached the age of 21 and are no longer able to receive services though the HCY Program.

Missouri resident, 21 years of age or older, enrolled in MO Health Net, require care equivalent to the level of care received in an intermediate care facility, not be enrolled in another waiver, have been eligible for private duty nursing through the HCY Program
