Cass County Dental Clinic provides dental care to children ages 0-20 years who are insured by Missouri Medicaid or are uninsured and low-income. Services are also available to pregnant persons insured by Missouri Medicaid. Dental services include diagnostic (x-rays, exams), preventive (cleanings, sealants, and fluoride, oral health education), and restorative (fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions) for eligible patients. In-office sedation is available.

Eligibility

Emergency dental needs; Age 0 to 20 years; Must have MO Medicaid as primary dental insurance or have no dental insurance and meet requirements of financial screening. Pregnant persons insured by Missouri Medicaid are also eligible for services.

Required documents

Medicaid card, list of family members, social security cards, photo ID or birth certificate for everyone in household, previous year's tax return, all forms of income for most recent month, including pay stubs, disability, unemployment, worker's compensation, alimony, child support, etc. for each household member.

Application process

Call for an appointment. Eligible patients (pain, swelling, suspected abscesses) may visit location without appointment at 9am and 1pm.

Fees

Sliding fee scale based on results of financial screening.

Service area

Cass County and Jackson county in MO but will not refuse service based on geography if all eligibility requirements are met.
