  • Must be resident of St. Louis County, Missouri
  • Cannot have a working Air Conditioner unit
  • Must have an account with AmerenUE in the applicant name

Required documents

  • Picture Identification for applicant
  • Government ID
  • Social Security card/printout for all household members
  • Proof of income from all sources
  • Current Ameren UE bill in applicant's name
  • Proof of utility service in the last 30 days
  • Documentation of disability or medical condition
