Court Advocacy: Court accompaniment, support, and safety planning in Eastern Jackson County courts including order of protection court. Family Court Advocacy: Court accompaniment, support, and safety planning for adult survivors with Family Court and/or Children's Division involvement. Civil Legal Representation: Contract attorneys provide civil legal assistance to address the broad range of civil legal issues encountered by survivors such as protection orders, child support, child custody, divorce, paternity, etc. A full time Paralegal and Legal Advocate provide support and case management services.

Hope House Provide comprehensive services to survivors and their children/dependents including residential and non-residential services. Advocate social change through legislative efforts that protect a person's right to live free of abuse. Place high importance on training and education that increases awareness of domestic violence, e.g. community, hospital, police, and judicial system trainings. Provide culturally competent and trauma-informed services to those in need.
