Provides casework, short-term counseling, food pantry and emergency assistance on rent, gas, electric and prescription assistance to eligible low-income individuals and families. Also offers Pathway of Hope family case management program. This agency is the point of contact in Johnson County for Kansas Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program.
