Description
ReDiscover offers life skill training in a supervised apartment setting for the young adult, age 18-24 who has a mental illness, lacks a place to live, and requires adequate financial and social support to make a successful transition to independence. This program also offers case management, life skills education, counseling, and psychiatric evaluations.
