Eligibility

Some of the qualifications to be considered for a Habitat home include the following: age 18 and older not a homeowner present housing isn't adequate and unable to obtain adequate housing through other conventional means ---income qualifications ---must have lived in Joplin or surrounding area for one year ---must demonstrate ability to pay monthly mortgage payment, real estate taxes and insurance ---must complete 200 hours of volunteer work. Females served, ages 18 to 150. Males served, ages 18 to 150.
