Required documents
Photo ID, Social Security cards for you, your spouse, and each dependent, W-2 forms from all of your employers and your spouses, interest income statements (including student loan interest), unemployment compensation income statements, and deposit slip and relevant child care or tuition expense statements
bring a voided personal check or bank deposit slip if you want the refund direct-deposited.
