Provides and manages income-based housing for eligible families with children, the disabled, those aged 62 and over or in some cases aged 55 and over. Provides low cost rental housing and section 8 vouchers.

Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years of age Income below 80% of the area median income Cannot be a lifetime registered sex offender, have certain drug or violent criminal charges. Be a us citizen or non-citizens with eligible immigration status
