The appointment line will open at 8:00am each Friday. The first 20 callers will be eligible for an appointment. Any messages left before 8:00am will be discarded as will all messages left after the initial 20 messages have been noted. When prompted leave your name, contact number and state your need (i.e. utility, rent, medical/dental/vision etc.) If you are one of the first 20 callers your call will be returned on Friday afternoon and your appointment will be scheduled for the following Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you are not available when they return your call they will leave you a detailed voicemail so, please make certain your voicemail is set-up and available should they need to leave information regarding the time and date of your appointment. If your call is not returned by the end of the day on Friday, you will need to try again the following Friday. As stated there will not be a waiting list.
