We serve low-income people in the Missouri counties of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois, Ste Genevieve and Washington. We provide direct assistance, family development and community engagement services through Community Services, Women's Wellness, Head Start, and Housing programs. Our board of directors is comprised of representatives from the public, private and low-income communities.
