Missouri Resident Moving to a New Residence or Moving to the State of Missouri
  • Individuals 17 Years or Older
  • Parent or Guarding Acting on Behalf of a Minor or Individual Who is Incapacitated
  • Must have Good Reason to Believe he or she is a Victim of Domestic Abuse, Rape, Sexual Assault or Stalking, or Human Trafficking and Fears Further Violent Acts from Assailant

A mail forwarding and address confidentiality service for Missouri residents who are victims of domestic abuse, sexual and/or stalking and/or human trafficking and fear further retribution from assailant. The Secretary of State's office forwards first class mail, certified mail and court documents to help keep victims' location confidential. Participants may also use the substitute address on government records and public filings. AKA SOSMO
