Sliding scale; Fee based; VFC is sponsored by the CDC to offer a limited supply of vaccinations (including influenza) for those that have Medicaid, uninsured, and underinsured children age 6 months to 18 years. LCHD also accepts private insurance. Insurances accepted Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ChampVa, Coventry, FMH Benefit Services (Coresource), Humana, Medicare Part B, Meritain, Tri Care, UMR, and United Health Care. Please bring your card with you and we will check to make sure immunizations are covered.
