Eligibility

Children are eligible for Holiday Toy based on the following criteria: 17 years of age or under Lives in the Greater St. Louis Region Referral by a social worker, case manager, teacher, therapist, etc. is a must Requests up to $250 Able to pick up a toy on Dec 19, 2026

Required documents

You will receive an email from The Arya Foundation. Email the following required documents by Nov 1, 2026 (do NOT fax): Child’s Photo Child’s Story Physician’s letter confirming a diagnosis We will confirm your referral by email.
