Serves low-income families in west-central Missouri in their efforts to become self-sufficient by providing programs and services to improve the quality of their lives and the opportunity to eliminate the cause of poverty. Services include weatherization program, home rehab program, electric service payment assistance, school supplies, job training formats, family support center/outreach, life skills education, and community action agency services.
