Description

The Minor Home Repair program can help with small projects (1-2 hours) with materials paid for by the client. Examples of minor repairs: electrical (replace switches, sockets, plugs on cords, light bulbs; change fuses), plumbing (repair leaky faucets, shower heads, replace flapper valve on toilet, no drain work), carpentry (step repair, trim doors, repair door catches, cabinets, hinges; replace screens), heating (replace filters), evaluate concrete work, install weather stripping, smoke detectors, repair/replace locks. Referrals will be made for larger jobs.
