Active-duty military personnel and military retirees and their dependents. Must have an ID card.

Social Security cards
Previous year's tax forms
Bank information including routing number
- Any receipts would be helpful

Mon-Thurs - 8:00am to 7:00pm
Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Appointments can be made outside of these hours on a case by case basis
Open January through April 15
Closed on federal holidays
