At or below 50% of AMI (Area Median Income); must be a Wyandotte County, KS resident; bill must be in applicant's name

Photo ID for each family member (birth certificates or shot records ok for children), proof of residency dated within the last 30 days, proof of income, past due or disconnection notice

The online application opens on Mondays at 2pm. The application portal is open for 20-30 minutes and closes when at capacity. Portal does not open every Monday - when funding is not available, portal will remain closed.
