Eligibility
Low-income; can help once a year; rent must have eviction or 3-day notice
Required documents
State ID for all adults, SS cards for everyone in the household (or birth certificate for children), copy of current eviction notice, proof of income for the past 30 days, proof of expenditures for the past 30 days (receipts or bank statements).
