COMMUNITY LINC
The Community Housing Access Diversion and Prevention Program is designed for homeless or at-risk homeless households with court ordered eviction or for households who have been evicted after April 2020 and been served with a court hearing.
Community LINC also operates an Elevated Transitional Housing program for homeless families that includes Transitional Living. To become a possible candidate for Community LINC's services, families can be assessed through the coordinated entry process.
