Provide outpatient behavioral health services including individual therapy, psychiatric medication evaluation and management, substance abuse treatment, medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for opioid addiction, and basic case management services to those engaged in these treatment services. Services are accessible to insured (including Medicaid/Medicare) and uninsured individuals, as sliding fee scale services are offered.

KC CARE Health Center provides comprehensive, integrated care for the whole patient. Services include primary care, oral health, and behavioral health, as well as HIV primary care, prevention, outreach, and testing; screenings, follow-up care, and support; comprehensive pediatric medical, dental and behavioral healthcare; onsite pharmacy and medication assistance; and more. KC CARE offers year-round Health Insurance Navigators to assist individuals with health insurance options. An anonymous needle exchange program is also available at no cost.
