Promise 1000 supports and connects families, that are pregnant or have children under the age of 5 years old, with free early childhood home visiting programs (Healthy Families America, Parents as Teachers, Early Head Start, Nurse Family Partnership & More). Promise 1000's home visiting referral system matches families with an available home visiting program that they are eligible for and that best meets their needs throughout the KC metro region, parts of Kansas and across Missouri. Anyone can submit a referral for these early childhood services.
