Clinic provides preventive and acute adult, pediatric and women's health services; dental and behavioral health services for all ages. Same day appointments are available. Swope - Central has an in house pharmacy and optometry clinic that assists patients with eyeglasses and contact lenses. Glaucoma treatment is available. Sign up for dental urgent care services begins at 7:30am M-F. Medicaid Specialists are available to assist with TEMP Medicaid, Medicaid initial and re-enrollment applications. Navigators available to assist with Marketplace enrollment.

For everyone applying for health insurance: social security numbers, document information for legal immigrants, employer and income information, annual household income estimate, policy numbers for existing health insurance plans, notices from your current marketplace place if you had coverage
