Provides services needed to enter, remain in or return to suitable employment. Services include diagnosis and evaluation; counseling and guidance; vision restoration programs like uninsured people needing cataract surgery or glaucoma surgery. Provide training to continue employment or school, technical or trade jobs and job placement/development. Also provide help adapting electronic aides/devices for the workplace and follow-up services.

Services include vocational rehabilitation to those who have barriers to employment or school due to their vision, educate in aspects of independent living skills, have an Older Blind Services program and children's services and services for the prevention of blindness.
