Eligibility

  • Have evidence of a disability, per the Department of Human Services or Office of Rehabilitation Services
  • Demonstrate a history of being unable to secure or maintain employment
  • Indicate a desire to obtain employment consistent with their needs, interest and abilities
  • Age 18 years and older with disabilities
