Eligibility

  • All HIV-positive clients must be under the care of a Ryan White case manager.
  • Clients must have a referral submitted to Positive Directions, along with all required documents, before an interview can be scheduled.
  • A valid State ID is required at the time of intake.

  • Interviews are by appointment only.
  • Walk-ins are accepted only on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
  • No interviews will be conducted until the referral and documentation are received.

Fees

  • Program fees are income-based.
  • Clients with no income pay no fees.
  • Clients with income are required to contribute 30% of their income.
