The transitional housing program provides 90 days of rent and utility free housing, in a private, fully furnished apartment, to homeless households in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Adults in the household are required to find and maintain 32-40 hours per week of employment upon program entry, and to attend weekly counseling sessions in budgeting, case management, life-skills, and community living, to support the skills necessary for independent living.
