The CYSHCN Program provides assistance statewide to individuals from birth to 21 years who have or are at increased risk for a medical condition that may hinder their normal physical growth and development and who require more medical services than children and youth generally.

Eligibility

Must be a Missouri resident, age of birth to 21 years, have an eligible health care need and meet financial eligibility guidelines. Must be a last resort payer.
