  • Must have a member of their household receiving benefits from one or more of the programs listed below:
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • MO HealthNet (formerly known as Medicaid)
  • Food Stamps
  • FPHA or Section 8
  • Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • National School Lunch Program
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
