The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/KCK Health Department is dedicated to preventing and controlling the spread of disease in our community. Some of our activities include investigating diseases and outbreaks, testing for and treating diseases like tuberculosis and sexually transmitted infections, preparing for heath in disasters, providing immunizations, and partnering with healthcare providers to respond to a wide variety of infectious diseases

Eligibility

Any person having lawful custody of a child less 60 days old.

Application process

Visit health department and leave child with an employee (must leave with a person, not outside). Child should be taken to hospital ER after hours.
