Application process
Call office and provide name, address, phone number, name of person paying, emergency contact number, diabetic or regular meal.
Fee
The cost for the meal is $6.25. There is a subsidy program for those who are unable to pay the full cost of the meal.
Eligibility
Homebound, (for those unable to drive anymore, disabled but still living at home) or short-term (like following a hospital stay).
