Eligibility
  • Homeowners who owned and lived in their Missouri residence for the entire calendar year
  • Individual or their spouse age 65 years and older
  • Individual or their spouse under age 65 years and 100% disabled
  • Individual age 60-64 years and received surviving spouse social security benefits
  • Gross annual income includes Social Security (SSA 1099) or Railroad Retirement, Wages (W-2's), Dividends, Interest and Pensions (1099s)
Required documents
  • Photo ID
  • Social Security (SSA 1099) or Railroad Retirement Award Letter
  • W-2's from Employers
  • 1099s for Dividends, Interest, Pensions
  • Previous year's PAID Real Estate Receipts/Personal Property Tax Receipts
  • Disabled Veterans need letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs
