Secure comprehensive care and provide financial assistance for individuals in need diagnosed with or at high risk for developing breast cancer. Provides payment of insurance premiums and financial assistance with basic living expenses during breast cancer treatment for patients with a confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer or who are at high risk for developing breast cancer and meet agency's financial and medical eligibility requirements.

Undergoing active treatment for breast cancer including; chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and/or breast surgery
