The Police Athletic League of Kansas City, Inc. offers disadvantaged youth the opportunity to interact with Kansas City, Missouri Police Officers and create positive relationships. By participating in cultural, character development, PAL is committed to reducing juvenile crime and victimization throughout the entire city. PAL programs and activities are designed to instill values of integrity, responsibility, self motivation and teamwork with the end result of improving the quality of life for at-risk youth.
