Therapeutic Camps | Burns Recovered

Eligibility
  • MCBC: young people Ages 6-17 years who have survived burn or smoke inhalation injury
  • Changing Times: Young adult burn survivors ages 18-25 as they transition from being a camper at MCBC and open to young adult burn survivors who have never had the opportunity to attend burn camp
  • Family Camp: burn survivors of any age and their family members who reside in the same household

We fulfill our mission by providing support for burn survivors and their families, as well as community outreach to increase burn awareness and prevent burn injuries. Services include Scholarships, Fire Prevention Information, Prosthetic devices, Wigs, Medical Equipment/Supplies, Incidental Medical Expense Assistance, Disability Awareness Programs, Therapeutic Camps and Health/Disability Related Support Groups.
