Provides affordable and accessible comprehensive primary health care services to anyone, with emphasis on the medically underserved and promotes the general health of the service area. Services include public health nursing, breast examinations, mammograms, pap tests, HIV testing and prevention counseling, certified application counselor programs, birth control counseling, natural family planning, pregnancy testing community clinics, childhood and HPV immunizations, flu vaccines, general and pediatric dentistry, WIC, smoking cessation support, COVID-19 Control and COVID-19 Diagnostic Testing. ALSO KNOWN AS FAMILY CARE CENTER OF CARONDELET

Eligibility

  • Must meet income requirements and have nutrition need
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women up to one year post partum
  • Non-breastfeeding women up to six months
  • Post partum, infants and children up to age five years
