Eligibility
Must be diagnosed with a developmental disability (intellectual disability, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, learning disability related to brain dysfunction, autism, head injury)
- Must have criminal charges pending (pretrial) or on probation/parole
- Must be diagnosed with disability before the age of 22 years, but now age 17 years and older to apply
