Southeast Missouri Transportation Service, Inc. (SMTS) provides transportation services in 21 counties in Southeast Missouri. Types of transportation services provided include door-to-door demand response, fixed route, public transit, paratransit, bus service, wheelchair-accessible transportation, Medicaid transportation, and non-emergency medical transportation. Transportation provided by SMTS gives riders access to primary care services, preventative care services, dialysis centers, doctor's appointments, medical appointments, nutrition centers, senior centers, sheltered workshops, grocery stores, shopping centers, and other goods and services.

Scheduling required - Telephone For Service Local service requests should be made one (1) day in advance. Out of County or Non-Scheduled transportation should be made at least two (2) days in advance. Call for Details
