Income guidelines; home value restrictions; home located in Johnson County, KS; repairs cost a minimum of $1000; owner-occupied; insurance, taxes, and mortgage (if applicable) up to date; only one lien holder.
Required documents
Proof of income, proof of home ownership, and proof of homeowner's insurance coverage
