Eligibility
Must have lived in Jefferson County for at least one year
Must live in substandard housing: bad wiring, bad plumbing, overcrowded conditions, or bad neighborhood
Must meet income requirements set by HUD
If chosen, have to put in 375 hours of sweat equity, on job-site or in office, family and friends can help with a portion of this
