Justice in the Schools operates legal clinics out of several schools within the Kansas City Public School District (KCPS) to help KCPS students and their families with civil legal issues that negatively affect school attendance and performance. The clinic provides free civil legal representation and counsel for matters such as family law, eviction defense and other housing issues, healthcare, public benefits, federal benefits, and consumer matters.
